Coffins and Caskets

 Probably best known for our unique hand painted coffins by resident funerary artist Carol Aston, we also produce our own range of willow coffins.

Painted Coffins.  To your own design or Carol will create a design for you.  Each of these coffins is a work of art, a truly special final gift for a loved one. The coffin can be painted in advance or 'at need'.  A minimum of five days is usually required to complete a coffin.  Only water-based paints are used and these coffins are suitable for traditional burial, 'green' burial or cremation.

Willow (wicker) Coffins.  Beautiful, environmentally friendly coffins and caskets.  Craftsman made especially for us from sustainable willow.

Our range includes:
The 'Tregarden' a curved end casket shape.
The 'Sunnymead' a traditional coffin shape.
The 'Styx' in the shape of a boat.
'Styx' is a true 'designer' casket created for us by Carol, drawing her inspiration from the famous river in Greek mythology.

We also supply other types of eco- coffins including bamboo, cardboard, eco-pods and burial shrouds, as well as traditional wooden coffins and American caskets.  We offer a range of urns and caskets for cremated remains also memory boxes and pet caskets.

When products are obtained from outside the U.K. we only buy Fair Trade.
